Starting at age 13 and continuing for over a decade, we provide technical skill-building, career-readiness, and community support. By investing early and staying engaged over multiple years, our members emerge as ready-to-hire, Al-native talent equipped to lead the future of innovation.
OUR PATH-CHANGING IMPACT COMPOUNDS OVER A DECADE
KWK provides rigorous technical skill-building starting precisely when research shows women are most likely to leave tech — in early adolescence, when girls' interest in STEM declines sharply.

Over the course of a decade, KWK members return year after year to "learn by doing" in our project-based programs and to "learn by teaching" as peer instructors. This self-reinforcing model helps our members deepen their own knowledge and develop the career-ready skills of technical leaders.
